Service Modifications & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing CupFul services to enhance your event experience! We’re excited to be part of your special occasion. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we've outlined a simple cancellation and modification policy. We understand that plans can change, and our guidelines are here to help us provide the best possible service to you and our other valued clients. Please review the following details carefully, and thank you for your trust in our service.

Payment Terms:
By selecting our services, you agree to the total amount specified, including applicable taxes. Payment will be automatically processed via your credit card on file the day after the booking date. Should you require any additional services not initially included in your booking, these will be added to the final invoice, pending your approval.

If the number of guests at your event exceeds your initial booking by 10 or more, an additional adjustment fee of $180 will be applied, plus $8 per extra guest. Please note that CupFul reserves the right to limit such adjustments on the day of service based on availability and capacity.

Travel Charges:
If your event takes place outside of Toronto, or if the event location changes, a travel fee will be added to your final invoice depending on the distance. This fee helps cover costs such as staff travel time, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.

Limitations of Liability:
We strive to fulfill all agreements as promised. However, in the event that circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events—prevent us from delivering the service, CupFul  cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses or unmet conditions.

Deposit and Cancellation Terms:
To secure your event date, we require a 50% deposit, which guarantees your booking and prevents other clients from reserving the same date. This deposit is non-refundable if the service is canceled within 60 days of the event. Should you cancel 61 days or more before the service date, you will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than one hour before service begins on the event day.
